These terms govern every quotation, itinerary and booking made with Krxnch Travels. By sending an enquiry, accepting a quotation or paying an advance, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1.Our role
Krxnch Travels acts as a travel planning company and booking agent. We design itineraries and make reservations with independent third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines, activity providers, insurers and visa application centres.
We are not the operator of those services. The supplier's own terms, conditions of carriage and house rules apply to the service it provides, and we will share those terms with you where they materially affect your booking.
2.Quotations and pricing
All prices shown are indicative starting points, quoted per person on twin sharing, and are not a guaranteed or final price. Actual cost depends on travel dates, availability, hotel category, group size, airline fares and applicable taxes at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until a written confirmation and invoice are issued. Government taxes, GST and TCS apply as per prevailing Indian law.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or for 7 days if no period is stated. Rates and availability are only held once the supplier confirms them against a paid deposit.
3.What is and is not included
Every quotation and final itinerary contains an itemised inclusions and exclusions list. Anything not listed as included is excluded. Common exclusions are meals not specified, personal expenses, tips, optional excursions, visa government fees, travel insurance premiums, and costs arising from flight delays or force majeure.
4.Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and invoice against a received deposit. Payment schedules vary by supplier and are stated on your invoice. Payments are accepted by bank transfer to our disclosed business account or through a payment link issued by a licensed payment gateway. We never ask for payment to a personal account.
5.Traveller responsibilities
Providing names, dates of birth and passport details exactly as they appear on the travel document. Corrections after ticketing may attract airline charges.
Holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date, and obtaining the correct visas and permits.
Meeting all health, vaccination and fitness requirements for the destination, including high-altitude routes.
Arranging travel insurance. We strongly recommend it; we will quote for it on request.
Arriving at airports, stations and transfer points at the stated times.
Complying with local laws and supplier rules during the trip.
6.Visas, immigration and entry
Where we provide visa assistance, we help with documentation, appointments and tracking. The decision to grant or refuse a visa, and the decision to permit entry at the border, rests solely with the relevant government authority. We cannot and do not guarantee any visa outcome, processing time, or entry permission, and fees paid to a government or visa application centre are not refundable by us.
7.Changes by you or by suppliers
Change requests are subject to availability and to supplier charges, which we pass on at cost together with our amendment fee where applicable. Suppliers may occasionally change schedules, aircraft, room categories, vehicles or itineraries for operational, weather or safety reasons. Where a change is significant we will inform you promptly and offer the alternatives available to us.
8.Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation charges, refund timelines and non-refundable components are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9.Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, landslides, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, government action, airspace closures, or the suspension of a pilgrimage route. In such cases we will pass on whatever credit or refund the supplier makes available.
10.Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee we have charged you for planning and booking. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, illness, or damage caused by the act, omission or default of an independent supplier, or by circumstances beyond our control.
11.Complaints
If something goes wrong during your trip, tell us at once on +91 98210 05654 so we can attempt to resolve it while you are still travelling. Written complaints should be sent to info@krxnch.com within 30 days of your return; we will acknowledge within 3 working days and respond substantively within 15 working days.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
