Booking Policy & Process

Exactly how a booking with Krxnch Travels works, what we do at each stage, what we need from you, and how and when money changes hands. Nothing is charged before you have a written quotation in hand.

1.Step 1 — Enquiry

You send an enquiry through the website form, on WhatsApp, by email at info@krxnch.com or by phone on +91 98210 05654. There is no charge for an enquiry and no obligation to book. We aim to reply within one working day during business hours.

2.Step 2 — Consultation and itinerary

A travel consultant discusses your dates, destinations, pace, hotel preferences and budget, then prepares a written itinerary with named hotels, specified room and vehicle categories, and an itemised inclusions and exclusions list. Revisions at this stage are free.

3.Step 3 — Quotation

All prices shown are indicative starting points, quoted per person on twin sharing, and are not a guaranteed or final price. Actual cost depends on travel dates, availability, hotel category, group size, airline fares and applicable taxes at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until a written confirmation and invoice are issued. Government taxes, GST and TCS apply as per prevailing Indian law.

The quotation states the total cost, the payment schedule, applicable GST and TCS, the cancellation schedule that will apply, and the validity period of the quote.

4.Step 4 — Deposit and confirmation

To hold the arrangements we ask for a deposit, typically 25% of the land cost plus the full cost of any air tickets or non-refundable rates that must be issued immediately. Once suppliers confirm, we issue a written booking confirmation and a GST invoice. Your booking exists only from the moment that written confirmation is issued.

5.Step 5 — Balance payment

The balance is normally due 21 to 30 days before departure, or earlier where a supplier requires it. The exact date is printed on your invoice. Travel documents are released after the balance is received.

6.Step 6 — Documents and pre-departure

You receive your final itinerary, hotel vouchers, transport details, driver or representative contacts, e-tickets, and a pre-departure briefing covering weather, packing, altitude where relevant, and local practicalities.

7.Step 7 — During and after the trip

You have a named point of contact and an on-trip support number for the duration of the journey. After you return, we ask for feedback and, if you wish, keep your preferences on file for the next trip.

8.Payment methods

  • Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS) to our disclosed current account in the business name.
  • UPI to our registered business VPA.
  • Payment links issued by a licensed payment gateway for card payments; gateway charges, where applicable, are shown before you pay.
  • We never request payment to a personal account, to a wallet in an individual's name, or in cryptocurrency. If you receive such a request, do not pay it — call us first.

9.What we need from you

  • Passport copies and names exactly as printed on the passport.
  • Correct dates of birth for all travellers, including infants.
  • Any medical, mobility, dietary or accessibility requirement, disclosed before booking.
  • Confirmation of visa status, or instruction to assist with the application.

10.What we do not do

  • We do not issue visas, and we do not influence visa or immigration decisions.
  • We do not operate flights, hotels, vehicles, cruises or activities; these are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms.
  • We do not offer guaranteed lowest prices, and we do not claim to match other agencies' quotes.
  • We do not sell packages without a written, itemised quotation.

11.Cancellation

Cancellation charges, non-refundable components and refund timelines are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and are restated on every quotation before you pay.
