1.Who we are

2.Information we collect

We only collect information that is necessary to answer your enquiry and, if you choose to book, to make travel arrangements on your behalf.

• Contact details you submit: name, phone number, email address.
• Trip details you submit: destination, travel dates, number of travellers, indicative budget and special requests.
• Booking information, when you proceed: traveller names as per passport, date of birth, passport details, nationality, and visa documentation where a visa application is part of the service.
• Communication records: enquiry forms, emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes relating to your trip.
• Website analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics 4 in aggregate form.

3.How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare an itinerary and quotation.
• To make reservations with airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines, insurers and consulates on your instruction.
• To issue invoices and maintain accounting and tax records as required by Indian law.
• To provide support before, during and after your trip.
• To improve our website and understand which pages and services travellers find useful.

4.Sharing your information

We share your details only with the suppliers required to fulfil your booking — for example an airline, hotel, ground transport operator, cruise line, insurance provider, or a consulate or visa application centre where you have asked us to assist with a visa. Where a booking is international, this may involve transferring your details outside India to the supplier concerned.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

5.Payments

We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or net-banking credentials. Payments are made either by bank transfer to our disclosed business account or through a payment link issued by a licensed payment gateway, which handles the card data directly under its own security standards.

6.Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site. Details of the cookies used, and how to control or block them, are set out in our Cookie Policy.

7.How long we keep data

Enquiry records that do not result in a booking are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Booking, invoice and tax records are retained for the period required under Indian accounting and tax legislation, currently a minimum of eight financial years.

8.Security

Access to traveller data is limited to team members working on your trip. Files are stored on access-controlled business accounts, and passport and visa documents are deleted from working folders once the relevant application or booking is complete, except where we are required to retain them.

9.Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email info@krxnch.com from the address you contacted us on. We will respond within 30 days.

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete data we no longer need for a legal or contractual purpose.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.

10.Children

We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Where a booking includes minors, their details are provided by a parent or guardian solely for the purpose of the travel arrangements.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
