Yes — a large part of our practice is multi-generational travel with grandparents, parents and children. We plan pace, room layouts, dietary needs and shared vs. private time with real care.
We recommend booking 5–8 months ahead for summer holidays (May–July), Diwali, Christmas and New Year — these are the peak family travel weeks and premium villas and suites go early.

What is included, excluded and how you pay
Typically included
- Accommodation in the room category and occupancy named on your invoice
- Meals as stated in the written itinerary
- Private transfers and vehicle as specified, with child seats on request
- Named sightseeing, tickets and activities as itemised
- Taxes as applicable, shown on the invoice
Not included
- Airfare and visa fees unless quoted separately
- Visa outcome — decided solely by the relevant embassy or consulate
- Meals, drinks and personal expenses not listed
- Travel insurance, medical costs and optional activities
- Extra-bed, infant and additional-adult charges beyond the confirmed occupancy
Booking process
- Share your dates, travellers and preferences by form, phone, WhatsApp or email.
- A consultant prepares a written, itemised quotation with inclusions and exclusions.
- You confirm in writing; we issue a GST invoice and request the booking advance.
- We book and confirm flights, hotels and services, then share your final documents.
Payment terms
- A booking advance is payable on confirmation; the balance is due before the departure date stated on your invoice.
- Some airline fares, cruise fares and non-refundable hotel rates require full payment at the time of booking.
- Payment is accepted only to the registered company account, business UPI ID or secure payment link named on your invoice.
- Government taxes, GST and TCS apply as per prevailing Indian law and are shown on the invoice.
Cancellation & refunds
- Cancellations must be sent in writing; the date we receive them determines the charge.
- Supplier charges (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, visa centres) are passed on at actual and can be up to 100% close to departure.
- Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
- Any eligible refund is returned to the original payment source, after supplier deductions, once the supplier has released the funds.
